Why Us?
Real World Experienced
Patrick O’Reilly didn’t start his career as a consultant and coach. He spent over 20 years learning his skills through trial and error, with mentorship and experience in major organizations. He has thrived in the political and policy reality of government, the management challenges of hundreds of employees, the financial challenges of establishing a major corporation, and now brings that experience to you as a consultant and coach.
Impartial but Engaged
We don’t own stock in your company, or your competitors. We don’t sit on the board, we don’t judge your performance. We are here, strictly, to help you improve, to make you stronger, to make your skills and talents shine. We will give you honest, and confidential, feedback, we will share years of experience and we will challenge you to reach further yourself. We will be dedicated to you but honest, open and impartial in our advice.
Small Town Service with Big City Reach
Much like Winnipeg, where our head office is located, Padraig Coaching & Consulting has a personal touch – a small town commitment to friends, neighbours and new acquaintances alike. And, built on experience gained worldwide in numerous industries and relying on global networks of contacts, we have the reach you would expect of a large firm.
Creative Business Mind
When you reach out to a consultant, or a coach, you need them to bring creativity to your challenges, within the reality of day-to-day business. Patrick has a strong background in marketing, people management, networking and creative design, blended into a bilingual career in government, followed by negotiating and developing a major corporation, and then successfully launching his own boutique firm. Blending that experience with Graduate level training in Executive Coaching brings a creativity you won’t find elsewhere.
