CHALLENGES OUR PARTICIPANTS WORK ON:
What’s Included in The In-House Partnership?
OK, So How Does This Work?
Our public Partnership Groups launch two to three times per year while our IN-HOUSE Partnerships can be launched as soon as you are ready. You will be given a choice of executive coach.
When you register your organization for the program each participant will tell us a bit about themselves (their current role and responsibilities, some of the challenges they would like to solve and the strengths you would like to capitalize on). This is all kept strictly confidential.
Participants will meet their colleagues (if not already known) and thei coach at the first session and immediately dive into group coaching around topics the team wishes to discuss.
Access to all online tools and other benefits begins immediately on launch date.
How Much Does The Partnership Cost?
Other high-value, peer groups charge between $10,000 – $18,000 per year per person for membership in one of these groups (often with up to 12 people participating)!
We know that’s out of reach for most leaders and certainly for full teams. We want to build community and support you to be strong, admired leaders operating in a cohesive team.
We have always believed our business has grown as successfully as it has because we have given our clients exceptional return on their investments with us – and they (you) have, in turn, repeated business with us and referred us to friends, colleagues and allies.
That has served us, and you, very well for 8 years so we’re not about to change it now.
The introductory price per team member for your one year membership in The Partnership is
$3,995 per person.
With a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 participants per cohort and includes all of the benefits listed above.
