Become a Certified Leader
Complete the four courses listed below and you will earn the Foundational Leadership certification from Padraig. Certfication shows you take leadership seriously and have trained for the role.
The certificate includes a digitally signed certification which you can display online — on your LinkedIn profile or other social media profiles, in your email signature block, or whoever else you like.
Once you have completed the four courses (including those purchased and completed online and/or any you have taken with us through your employer) we will send you the certification.
At the bottom of this page we offer two ways to take the full program at a discount (“Bundled Savings” and “The Network”).

So many managers and leaders are disappointed when they get promoted to the role. They used to love their work and now, instead of doing that work, they spend their day managing others and solving problems for others. That doesn’t have to be the case. This workshop helps you become a better teammate, whether a project team or a leadership team, and gives you the foundations to lead a team, by integrating the model from Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, into your work teams.
In the workshop you will assesses your own approach to teamwork, gain personalized insights on how you can more effectively work with others, and master critical behaviors and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively in a team.

Workplace conflict is inevitable. It may not be visible but you’ve no-doubt experienced it. It might be a feeling you have with a colleague, or some tension with a peer or someone whose role you have to interface with. Perhaps you feel like someone has conflict with you but they’re not acknowledging it and you don’t know how to raise it — and it’s becoming a problem.
This program helps you improve self-awareness around conflict behaviours (your own, and others’) and learn how to deal with it. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, you’ll learn to curb destructive behaviours so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace results and relationships.

Do you find you react or respond on instinct a lot of the time? For example, when a challenge arises or a problem erupts, when an employee comes to you with this type of issue or that type of issue do you tend to react the same way each time? Our Peer Based Leadership Program
Launched in Autumn 2020, The Network is one of our two coach-led leadership peer programs. Three times per year we launch a new cohort where you and others at similar leadership levels work together, with a leadership coach, for one year. You have monthly meetings — some where you have a group coaching session for 90 minutes, some where you attend the foundational leadership courses listed above. As well, you get a private coaching session near the end of the program.
You not only become part of a network of leaders whom your rely on for advice, support and camaraderie (and they, you) but you also work with an executive coach AND at the end of it, you graduate with The Certificate in Foundational Leadership.
